Part I: Morecam Privacy Policy

Welcome aboard! Protecting your personal privacy and data security is a core commitment at Morecam ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use Morecam smart hardware devices, the Morecam mobile application (App), and related cloud services, as well as your rights regarding your personal information.

            We collect personal information only to the extent necessary to provide core functionalities (e.g., device pairing, video streaming, device control).
System permissions (Camera, Microphone, Photo Library) require your explicit authorization and are accessed only when triggered by active feature usage.
Your audio/video streaming data is fully encrypted. We never sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

        

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

To provide you with stable, secure smart hardware services, we collect and process data in the following operational scenarios:

Account Setup & Login: Personal data collected for creating a Morecam Account includes your email address, device identifier, and location-related details (such as country/region code, mobile network code) for authentication and account management.
Device Pairing & Data Sync: When synchronizing Morecam smart device data (such as cloud storage or motion/alarm alert records), we collect sensor metrics, device status logs, and intelligent alarm triggers.
Service Quality & Security Safeguards: To ensure optimal performance and system security, we collect device operational technical parameters, including unique Morecam Device ID, firmware version, mobile OS version, hardware model, visiting IP address, and request logs.

2. App System Permissions & Optional Features

To support advanced smart camera features, our App may request the following system permissions. You can adjust or revoke these permissions anytime via your mobile system settings:

Microphone Permission	Two-way audio intercom; record video clips with audio	Collects ambient voice data only when you activate real-time audio chat or video recording features in the App.
Location Access	Bluetooth/Wi-Fi configuration; regional timezone synchronization	Used exclusively to discover nearby devices during setup and sync local timezone data for device clocks.

3. Data Sharing, Transfer & Disclosure

We adhere to strict confidentiality principles. We will not share your personal data with any third-party company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:

Explicit Consent: Sharing with your prior express consent or authorization.
Core Infrastructure Partners: Essential third-party SDK partners (e.g., push notifications, cloud hosting) receive encrypted or anonymized data necessary for operating basic services.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Disclosure required by law, legal procedures, litigation, or mandatory requests from governmental or judicial authorities.

4. Information Security Safeguards

We implement industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal data:

Encrypted Transmission: All data exchanged between Morecam devices, mobile apps, and cloud servers is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS).
Strict Access Controls: Server clusters containing sensitive data operate under fine-grained, column-family-based access control policies, ensuring minimal access rights for personnel.
Proactive Audits: We enforce optional two-step verification for account logins and conduct regular security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and physical facility audits.

5. Your Privacy Rights & Controls

You maintain full control over your personal information:

Access & Correction: You can review or update your account info and bound devices at any time via the App settings center.
Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw permission for collecting/processing your data by turning off permissions or updating settings in your account. Note that withdrawing consent may affect related device features.
Account Deletion: You can request account deletion in the Account Center. Upon identity verification, we will process your request and purge your personal data.

Part II: Morecam Service Agreement

Welcome to the Morecam Smart Platform! This Service Agreement ("Agreement") forms a legally binding contract between you and Morecam regarding your access to and use of Morecam licensed software, hardware devices, and cloud services. Please read all terms carefully before registering or using the platform.

1. License Grant & Service Scope

1.1 Morecam grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the licensed software on authorized mobile terminal devices strictly for managing your Morecam smart devices.

1.2 You shall not lease, sell, sublicense, transfer, commercially exploit, or redistribute the software or services in any form, nor attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the licensed software.

2. User Conduct Standards

When using the Morecam platform, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. You are strictly prohibited from:

Collecting personal data or email addresses of other users without explicit authorization;
Automating system queries or maliciously overloading servers, networks, and communication links;
Attempting unauthorized access to system communications, server data, or security configurations;
Distributing unlawful, infringing, or harmful content through the platform.

3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

3.1 Due to the inherent nature of internet and wireless communications, services may experience temporary interruptions, delays, or outages caused by force majeure, cyberattacks, network network limits, or system failures. Morecam shall be exempt from liability for such unavoidable events but will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations promptness.

3.2 You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any damages resulting from improper account management or installing unauthorized third-party derivative software.

4. Policy Updates & Contact Information
